How we work with agents

Ding Dong is built with local agents, not against them. Here's exactly how the partnership works.

Your listings, your permission

• We only display stock from agents who've signed written permission — no portal scraping, ever.
• Every listing links back to you: your branding, your phone number, your name on the enquiry.
• You can ask us to update or remove your stock at any time.

Enquiries go straight to you

• When a mover enquires or requests a viewing, it lands in your inbox immediately. You reply by email — no new system to learn, no login to manage.
• The mover sees your reply inside the app, and the conversation carries on over email.

Measured, fair stats

• We show movers how quickly agents respond. These figures are computed from real timestamps and can't be edited by anyone — including us.
• Stats only appear once there's enough data to be fair (at least five data points).
• Partner agents get a private dashboard link showing their listings, likes, enquiries and response times.
