Welcome to Ding Dong. By using the app you agree to these terms — we've kept them short and human.

What Ding Dong is

• We show live property listings from estate agents in the Stoke-on-Trent area who have given us written permission to display their stock.
• We are not an estate agent. Sales, lettings, offers and viewings are arranged directly between you and the marketing agent.
• Listing details (prices, descriptions, photos, EPC ratings) come from the agents. We refresh them regularly but can't guarantee they're always up to the minute — always confirm with the agent.

Fair use

• Use the app for your own home search. Don't scrape, copy, or resell our data or the agents' listings.
• Be genuine with enquiries — agents get your messages directly and their reply times are measured publicly.
• One account per person; you're responsible for what's sent from it.

Our responsibilities

• We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but provide it "as is" — we're not liable for decisions made on listing information; verify important details (tenure, council tax band, and so on) with the agent or your solicitor.
• We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or the agents on it.
